state kicked ass! it was a really long weekend though. thursday i got up early to see the first show and stuff. it rained too, which was crappy, but it was fun to see the doubles. after about 2 girls i again realized how much i hate watching swivel, and i missed the jump stuff altogether cuz i had to go to ski practice. friday we got up uber early again to see all the shows. we got front row seats all weekend. that was kick ass.
we got up to play chair fairy every morning, but we didn't have to because we made friends with wisconsin rapids people. i told mike that if he moved my chair i would have to beat him down. and then i told him that i didn't heart him cuz he was fat. that was a great little joke. my team skied an ok show: all of our big permids made it, but we still got last place. the power to the park went out right before jump, but at least we got time to regroup. hey, and we even got $100 for getting last place! having katie and wayla with me was a blast. we made friends with pretty much the whole beaver dam team. me, ali, and haley all went to watch them build circle permids, but then they threw haley in and were gonna throw me in too, and after i had already changed! so i ended up in the water, building permids and launching people, fully clothed! then i saw eric again (i had met him a few years ago at a tourney and saw him at state every year).
saturday was super. we got up to watch brown's lake, which turned out to be the joke of the tourney because 11 of them got DQ'ed for disorderly conduct and underage drinking. they still put together a kick ass show and got 3rd. that day abby made friends with brown's lake in the bathroom, along with brit, cuz she is now with boat driver brad, and stuff. then there was a super huge storm that day, and it shut down the tourney for a while. me, ali, and wayla all went and played in the rain, with lots of lightning. then after the storm let up a little bit, we walked back to the site, and then me and wayla wanted to get a walking taco, but we got kidnapped by some beaver dam people. so we went swimming, in the lighting, with some fun people. we ended up swimming across the lake and back. that was pretty sweet, and i was super proud of wayla for making it. then we went back to change into dryer clothes before going back to watch more shows and finally getting a walking taco. then abby took me and wayla to brown's lake's fiesta night after katie left (she was sick). me and wayla felt a little out of place cuz abby had kevin and brit had brad, and they had both already made lots of friends on the team. but the good thing was that i got to see brad's gorgeous younger brother that i've had a crush on for 2 years. brad and brit both told me to jump him- he wouldn't mind! i said no way, but brit, brad and wayla all put money on it, so i had to! one of the other guys got justin to come over, and when he did i grabbed him and kissed him. i was super happy that i made $15 in 2 seconds. no one could believe that i just did that! they kept teasing me because justin was grinning ear to ear. then we met dan, who was the boy who sat by me during the brown's lake show. he was super obnoxious, but fun. he's really funny when u put a quarter in his pocket! and i got to hear jeff sing and play guitar, which was super. i think that him, aaron, and johnny need to get together next year and sing! after the fiesta, we (abby, kevin, dan, wayla and me) went to kevin's site. then justin randomly wandered over, which was fine with me! we all had a fun conversation. then me and wayla walked back and left abby there, lol.
the next day me and kelsey got up early to play chair fairy, but there was no need, so we went back to bed when we got back to the site. we got up later to watch a few shows. then abby, wayla, me, dan, kevin, and jeff all went boating and we watched dan and jeff ski. i definitly heart wakeboarders! me and the girls are gonna make shirts next year with interchangable sayings such as: i heart wakeboarders, i don't heart swivel or bikers, i heart disorderly conduct, and then we're gonna have dry erase boards for random things. we also want to make shirts about the boys of state: we want to write the names of the hot guys of state and their team name on shirts and then have them sign the shirt. oh, and jeff wants an i heart wakeboarders shirt. that'll be fun. ok, where was i? o yeah, skiing. yeah, we did that and then went to watch the last show and awards. we got last, then crivitz got 1st and beaver dam 2nd for D2. Janesville, Aqua Nuts, and Webfooters got 1st, 2nd, and 3rd respectively. then we went back to the camper, packed, and went home. me and wayla decided that we're gonna get together, go shopping for shirt stuff, and watch movies. good times.
monday i had to get up early again to go to concordia. (i got less than 6 hours of sleep for 5 nights in a row!) it was kool, but it kinda felt like a doctor's office, a hospital, and a hotel. then we stopped at ripon and lawrence on the way home. that night, me and the sisters had bonding time. my story tied the whole weekend of stories together. it all started when brit got off the phone with brad and shouted "YOU TURNED DOWN JUSTIN?!?!?!?!" yeah, it was special. i'm kinda sad that i did, but then again i'm very proud of myself for doing it. she was teasing him and saying that it wasn't her fault that he didn't get laid, and he replied, "no, it was your sister's!" he got turned down twice that weekend. i love the guy, but i didn't trust him. maybe i would've considered him if he wasn't just trying to get in my pants!!! grrrr! i said that i would for sure marry him when i became a whore. that got a good laugh out of everyone, even brad when brit told him today.
today i did absolutly nothing. i caught up on some sleep which was nice. and then i finally got a chance to update this beast. i know it's a super long entry, but it is for like 6 days, and a very eventful 6 days at that! man, i can't wait til i'm legal for state next year, and to see all of the new friends i made, lol, and to wear the shirts me and the girls are gonna make. ahhhh, i still need to do my homework, and pick out my senior pics, which is gonna be really hard!and we might go to nationals this year, but i think that that is a fat chance cuz it is a super long way to drive! oh, and brad said that a bunch of brown's lake skiers, and drivers even, want to come and ski with us some weekend. random, right?
well, here is where i would like to thank all of the shawano people for skiing with us at state and the practices and shows before. i know that it was a pain in the ass, but thanks! and while i'm thanking people, thanks to everyone for putting up with all of my shit; i know i'm difficult, but that's just the way i am!
